All Construction Contracts require the administration of the terms of the Contract between the Client and their appointed Contractor(s). At Leadenhall Project Management we proactively manage, monitor and administer each contract, ensuring compliance with the contractual obligations set out between each of the parties.

 

Services

We proactively manage and administer the terms of each building contact using our specialist in-house project management team.  We proactively prevent issues, managing and administrating Construction Contract will diligence, care and precision whilst maintaining a fair and balanced approach.

At Leadenhall Project Management we ensure that each Construction Contact is subject to a full and detailed ‘Gaps Analysis’ by prior to Contract Award, ensuring that any inaccuracies, ambiguities or inconsistencies in the design or contact documents are detected prior to Contract(s) Award.

We are committed to the timely flow of information and decisions to enable completion of each project in accordance with the project programme and contract particulars. We work closely with our clients and their appointed contractor(s) to ensure that team-working is instilled in each project to maintain a fair and balanced approach from Contract Award to Handover, Close Out and during the projects Deflects Liability Period. 

Our experienced Contract Administrators establish excellent relationships with all parties including; third parties, consultees and public interfaces, to help avoid and resolve disputes and | or issues before they arise.
