At Leadenhall Project Management we provide site search, selection, viability and acquisition services to both the private and public sectors. We provide a single point of responsibility, control and management to our clients from site acquisition to project handover and close out.  Our acquisition services are adaptable and can be provided on specific basis, such a site search, viability assessment or provide complete acquisition turnkey services with external legal firms.     .

We provide acquisition services in conjunction with external suppliers and legal firms where required, often supporting our clients in obtaining project funding via site | development viability assessments. 

At Leadenhall Project Management we ensure that the clients acquisition requirements are fully defined from the outset of the process and that any presented site meets these requirements with minimal risk to our clients.  In parallel to the acquisition process we will ensure that a robust project brief is developed with our client which dovetails the prescribed acquisition requirements.
