Crystal Palace Park is situated in south London in the London Borough of Bromley. It is one of the largest parks in London and is Grade II* Listed, with several Listed features. It was created in 1854 to house the relocated Crystal Palace designed by Sir Joseph Paxton, following the Great Exhibition.
The Crystal Palace Park Regeneration Plan will include new landscaping; restoration works to the Grade I listed dinosaur sculptures and geological illustrations; restoration to the Italian Terraces; a new information centre; a new play area; a feature entrance at Penge Gate; and a new maintenance building. The project will improve accessibility throughout the park.
Leadenhall are project managers, collaborating with HTA Design, to lead the large multi-disciplinary team on this highly complex project that incorporate a range of specialist construction works within the public park.
Leadenhall provide full Project Management, Technical Advisory and Contract Administration services, leading the multi-disciplinary team on this highly complex project.
