The City of London School is one of London's leading day schools, and its foundation dates back to 1442. It is situated in the heart of the City of London, between St Paul's Cathedral and the Tate Modern.

The masterplan project is a highly complex multi-phased inner-city construction project. The complexity stems from the original building being designed as a bridge that spans the existing highways beneath. The construction will occur on a live school site, requiring meticulous coordination and considered design.

Leadenhall provide full Project Management, Technical Advisory and Contract Administration services, leading the multi-disciplinary team on this highly complex project.
