The HAP regeneration scheme proposals seek the re-development of the existing estate creating 13 blocks varying in height from 4 – 8 storeys. The proposed development will result in 412 residential units as well as the re-provision of the Mosque.
The re-development will be delivered in two phases, including a decant of resident leaseholders and secured tenancies between the phases.
Leadenhall provide full Project Management and Technical Advisory services, leading the multi-disciplinary team on this highly complex project.
