York Rise is a residential scheme in Orpington, procured as a full turnkey development of 35 new dwellings configured as terraced maisonettes, and a 4-storey apartment building. The project also encompasses an associated substation, hard and soft landscaping, adoptable shared surface roadway and car parking.

Leadenhall were appointed by London Borough of Bromley to rescue the distressed project after the modular contractor fell into administration. 

Leadenhall provide full Project Management, Technical Advisory and Contract Administration services, leading the multi-disciplinary team on this highly complex project.
